位于Austin Downtown的Congress Ave上，位置佳，环境优，六月底庆祝1-year anniversary的时候去过了把瘾。
Appetizer: fried avocado with pulled pork with taco dressing yummmm
前餐很有tex-mex的风情，利用了德州料理烧烤的元素（pulled pork）和墨西哥料理中的Taco dressing，加上炸好以后香酥腻滑的牛油果，真是一道神物。
Blackened fish: absurdly delicious. The fish is well cooked and well seasoned with amazing pilaf. I strongly recommend this dish because it is unlike normal American fish dishes that tend to be tasteless. This one is a interesting combo of fish and smoked BBQ.
在美国吃到合胃口的鱼料理并不容易，这道菜是其中的佳品。烤鱼肉嫩，较之一般的烤鱼入味许多，下面的pilaf是极好的味觉点缀，两者搭配起来制造了很欢乐的食物体验。
Bacon- wrapped Pork tenderloin with corn and cheese mashed potato: Large portion even though it doesn’t look like one. Meaty, creamy and yummy. Well, I would say it’s very American.
美式料理当然就不要太在意卡路里了，这道用培根裹起来的猪里脊，再加上芝士土豆泥和玉米，真是肥腻非常，虽然罪恶，但也的确好吃。难得来环境这么好的餐厅，就豁出去了。
Overall, 4.5 stars for roaring fish. A decent American restaurant with excellent service, elegant dining ambiance and amazing food.
是一家很适合special occasion的餐厅，食物不让人失望，但来的时候最好能做好心理准备：事后可能要猛力运动以燃烧卡路里哦。
